Refunds and Returns
We love a happy customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a fault with your item please email us immediately at returns@cinnamoncove.com.au, and we will organise an exchange.
For all returns and exchanges coming from Australia, you will have up to 7 days from the time your item arrives, no questions asked, for your choice of a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please email us to arrange this.
For all international orders, we do not offer exchanges. If your item doesn't fit right or you have just changed your mind, you can send the item back to us in exchange for store credit only. You will have up to 7 days from when you RECEIVE your item to make this decision.
Please note that we do not provide free return labels for exchanges and returns.
We do, however, urge you to contact us with any questions you may have prior to making a purchase. Look up the measurements on the item you are interested in, reach out to us for details about how the item fits, size information, further confirmation of colour, fabric information, or if you need any more details than what we have already provided. We are doing our best to reduce our carbon footprint and you can help us by choosing your purchase carefully.
